By using SnapWed's services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Third-Party Software: SnapWed utilizes third-party software, including Google Drive, to store your photos and videos. While we take measures to ensure the security and integrity of your data, SnapWed is not responsible for any data corruption that may occur within these third-party services.

2. Guest Deletions: In the event that guests accidentally or intentionally delete photos or videos from Google Drive, SnapWed cannot be held responsible for the loss of such data. We recommend that you download and backup your files promptly.

3. Data Retention: SnapWed retains your event footage for a period of 60 days from the event date. After this period, the footage will be permanently deleted from our systems.

4. Technical Issues: SnapWed is not responsible for any technical issues that may arise with the QR codes or cloud links provided, including but not limited to access problems, link expiration, or other technical malfunctions.
